01

Programme purpose

Why it exists

Connecting employer demand and practical training with pathways into employment and entrepreneurship.

A demand-led capability and employment programme connecting practical learning with real occupations, projects, employers, enterprise and continuing professional growth.

Skill2Work Africa works with employers, training institutions and delivery partners to develop industry-relevant capability, practical experience and stronger transitions into productive work and enterprise.

The programme is coordinated within the wider CIE Africa ecosystem and implemented through appropriately defined chapter, institution and partner roles.
